Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities:The Chief Commissioner is authorized; on his/her own motion or on application to look into complaints relating to deprivation of rights of persons with disabilities; and non-implementation of laws, rules, bye-laws, instructions issued by appropriate authorities for the welfare and protection of rights of the disabled.
Rehabilitation Council of India:The RCI is a statutory body set up by the Government of India with the twin responsibility of standardizing and regulating the training of personnel and professional in the field of Rehabilitation and Special Education.
